Well if you are here you probably have a sort of sensibility that allows you to question the elasticity of time. The way it goes by, unable to be grasped and its very particular way of rendering us slaves to it. Questions like: Can we, living beings, be separate from time? How was time invented? or Was time invented? Was it always there? What even is always, in the context of time?

Ok ok. . . I get it, to deep for a 3 min read. But all of these ideas and questions without (real) answers are what inspired my last small and Fugaz new capsule painting collection at Partnership Edition.

Whilst making these pieces I thought that time has a direct reference to the stars and instantly thought of 'estrellas fugaces' or 'shooting stars' and the word Fugaz or Fleeting, Brief, Short Lived, Passing. I meditated on the idea of how everything is really only fleeting as it is all continuously moving and changing and morphing and with that in mind I thought I will just make 5 pieces that are just a reflection of my state of mind now and here fleeting, brief and short lived as it is and referencing whatever comes out with honesty and trying to keep my own judgement of it out of the equation.

So here it is. . . and you can find it, or even better purchase them to bring back home a fleeting moment of my time into a fleeting moment of your space!
