Thank you for supporting Enye Studio. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Unique Artworks
All pieces available in our shop are original, one-of-a-kind artworks made by hand. Due to their unique nature, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
2. Buyer Responsibility
As each artwork is unique, we encourage buyers to:
Carefully review the artwork’s dimensions, materials, and photographs before purchasing.
Consider how the piece will fit within your space.

3. Damaged Shipments
If your artwork arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will work with you to arrange a replacement (if possible) or a refund for the damaged portion.
4. International Shipping
International shipments may take longer than anticipated due to customs and postal services. Shipping delays do not qualify for returns. We recommend planning accordingly when ordering from outside the UK.
5. Liability
Enye Studio is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling after delivery.
